A ground-up convenience store and fuel canopy on a tight site. Forecourt, canopy, sales floor, and interior fit-out were all in scope.
Convenience and fuel is a different build from a hotel. The forecourt, canopy, and tank field are their own trade stack with their own inspections, and the sales floor is fitted out to a corporate planogram down to the cooler run. The building and the fuel side had to hand over together.
