There is no portal and no form to fill in. Eight items in an email is enough for us to decide whether to send you drawings.
- Company name, address, and years in business
- Trades and CSI divisions you self-perform
- States you are licensed in, with licence numbers
- Certificate of insurance
- Bonding capacity, single and aggregate
- EMR for the last three years
- Three references with contact details
- Two or three projects of similar size and type
What we ask of you
Bonding capacity where the job calls for it
Not every project requires it. Tell us your single and aggregate limits so we know which ones you can carry.
Safety record you can produce
EMR and any OSHA history. We will ask, and a bad number is not automatically disqualifying if you can explain it.
References on similar work
Two or three GCs who will pick up the phone. Hospitality or convenience experience helps but is not required.
